Balineum will house its own technical departments equipped to light industrial levels and capable of producing sets, properties and costumes on-site. This will save us time and money in terms of in-house productions while allowing us to offer fabrication services to visiting companies thus enhancing our appeal as a venue for outside productions, and also for any production company or artist requiring such fabrication services to maximise the potential for raising revenues.

We will not figure these additional revenue streams in our plans for now, as these departments' primary responsibillities will be to our own productions, which will be numerous, however we expect these additional streams to open up after year four and we also intend to store all produced properties, costumes, and where possible sets, to create a base which we will eventually make available for hire.

Wherever possible we will actively recycle materials to reduce our production budgets, and by creating such a stockpile, we will have an ever growing resource on which to draw.

If it proves to be feasible, we will offer an at cost fabrication service to start up companies or artists coming from long term unemployment as part of our restart programme.
