A 150+ cover restaurant for more formal dining, catering for lunch, dinner and pre-show menus offering superb food at affordable prices.
Mainly for the visitors to Balineum, we will welcome outside diners and also be available for hire as a venue for corporate functions, sponsored events and speciality dinner functions.
A self contained cafe-bistro accessible from the street, Serving hot and cold beverages, soft drinks and juices, light meals, sandwiches, snacks and pastries, The Stage Door will offer the ideal stop for shoppers in the precinct opposite, and our takeaway service should prove to be popular with travellers using the adjacent train station. Of course we expect to service theatre goers, particularly the matinee audiences pre and post shows, and will look to accommodate those looking for a more casual dining experience.
The main theatre bar, The Green Room will be situated on the first floor and will serve beers, wines, spirits, minerals, juices and hot beverages daytime and evenings. Light snacks will also be available from the Flytower kitchen at specified times of the day,
Our slice of Art Nouveau decadence, The Bohemia Bar will be situated in the basement, and will not only service interval crowds, it will operate at least twice a week as a live music room, with a variety of artists playing jazz etc appearing. Food will also be available here served from the linked restaurant kitchen.
Lautrec's is our continental styled gallery cafe and retail and merchandising unit, where programmes and memoribillia will be available, as well as associated books videos cd's dvd's etc. Here we will display works by prominent artists from the local area and beyond as well as artworks relevant to productions on show in a convivial atmosphere where tea, coffee, minerals and bottled beers will be available as well as light snacks from The Flytower kitchen
