The Arts and Production Programme will be split into two primary parts, live and recorded.

Live arts will include all theatre productions, light entertainment and speciality presentations, and concerts to be staged in the auditoria and studio, and eventually to be toured. Recorded arts will include film, television, and video presentations be they drama, documentary or light entertainment, and audio presentations through recorded albums, radio drama and literature.

Supplementary productions such as gallery showings, installation art and community arts presentations will also be accommodated and will be stage-managed by the in-house production team.
