a unified theory of psychology, which would hopefully unify all the separate branches of psychology.
another idea: a system of resolving all mental associations into something akin to a new form of math. all i would have to do is create a new language. this would be a tool that the therepist or anyone with the know how could use to write up nifty equations and do cool experiments with greater efficiancy
a more accurate method of signature analysis, that could be used for analyzing just about anything external, especially if it's man-made, and through this analysis gaining insight into the psyche of the person who created it. which should, to put it blandly, improve human communication. you know like depth analysis when you find the root of the problem, now you find the root of the thing, the maker of the thing and why he made it that particular way.
imagine this: children no longer burdened by education. what once took ten years to teach may possibly take only five. now teachers will be taught to understand themselves before they're allowed to teach anyone else. then they'll teach students to understand themselves as priority above understanding anything else. and now learning about external things will be complemented and pushed forward with greater efficiency by the aid of an internal education.
of course there will be risks!
The technology of the future as I've imagined it would be woven from the fabric of dreams, toward the purpose of a deeper understanding of ourselves and our world.
Everything we create would be made of ultra light almost etheral material to help thin the borders between dreams and reality because there's little we create that doesn't first come from the finer world of dreams.
Our world is dieing for a fusion between the many forms of knowledge. We've got artists that know only a little about themselves. Scientists who strive to find truths but are blinded by their perceptions of reality. Religion seeks God and is led astray by the external trappings of their doctrines and dogmas and they place their faith blindly and go mostly nowhere.
It would not be the goal of this new technology to seek to create a new religion or science, art or psychological science. I wish to dissolve the imagined boundries we create between each seperate field because without these fake boundries we are left with only the truth and our future is limitless.
A new society would be formed, one with nature and machine and most importantly with themselves.
