| A Simple Circle | ||||||||
| A simple circle is the mental enclosure of your body with some sort of energy field, whether you visualise bubbles, mirrors, egg, a rose bud surrounding you or an invisible shield, you can use basically anything that would surround you completely. For example, you would mentally picture yourself surrounded by the bubble, above, below and around you, you are inside of the bubble, enclosed by it.
