Phoenix_Brigade : Things you must know about you before joining us.

Requirements :

The applicants must be Happy and Aspiring.

The applicant must not be religiously or governmentally affiliated.

The applicant must have a exploring mind. Be it a solo trek in the Himalayas, or be it a solo flight with a Cessna to Tuvalu, or be it a sneak peep in the old fortress at noon 12, we value this mentality.

The applicant must not have any record of creating violence. We call down any mentality that speaks for violence, apartheid, and spreads hate to any civilization and culture.

The applicant must have a true interest in space. That interest doesn’t mean discussing policy. Believe me, there are already a lot of discussions! We require you to work actively. Whatever work you are assigned, be it fixing the bolts, or be it creating new equation to govern the rockets motion, you must do that. You can’t say, “This work is too small, or too much for me”.
