Wizards in Training is a 6 week course I am offering in the Akron/Canton area. This one day a week course is for youngsters from grade 4 on up. The purpose of the course is to teach them that the Wise Ones of Old were really the first scientists! Among many other things, students will learn to keep a Magickal Journal,learn more about Ohio's prehistoric folks and will delve into scientific observation skills, They will study myths and legends from many cultures as well as music and drama from all around the world. Upon graduation each student will receive a gorgeous hand-made wand complete with box even better than the wands seen in...well..you know...."The" movie :)) Each wand of course will be selected by me for each student during the graduation circle.
Parental permission is required for attendance.
Cost: $20 per week Next course starting October 4th,2008.
