Phoenix Rising is a home based business where I custom design essential oil blends and bath herbs and tea herbs based on what *you* wish to achieve physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I use only pure essential oils in either a jojoba or a grapeseed oil base and organically grown herbs for the bath and tea herb blends. After an initial consultation with me, I will design a blend just for you. I do this because there are some premade blends out there that might indeed be made from pure ingredients, but, perhaps due to a medical condition or other meds you might be on, these premade blends might actually adversely affect you. For example, anyone with high blood pressure should avoid anything with Rosemary in it because Rosemary (both the herb and the oil) can cause one's blood pressure to raise. That is why I insist on an initial interview, so I can determine which herbs will serve you best.
