Her breakthrough came with the TV series "Swans Crossing" in 1992 and everybody knows she starred in "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Scream 2".
But the role of he rlife came with "Buffy - The Vampire Slayer". Seven seasons of this TV show have turned Sarah into an excellent sportswoman. Tae Kwon Do, kickboxing, boxing, street fighting and gymnastics are all on her CV by now.
In 1999 she was voted FHM's Sexiest Woman Alive and damn right they were!
In September 2002 she married Freddie Prinze Jr., with whom she has starred in the Scooby Doo movies.
Her favorite food is sushi, her favorite country Japan and she is friends with Britney Spears.
She collects rare editions of books, especially of classic children's literature and says had she not become an actress she would most likely be a journalist or an author of children's books.
