| ok then, trial fit was successful, but ill admit i made a mistake, hey we all do, just some not as dumb as mine!!, i forgot to allow room for the thickness of the carpeting im using on the outside of the box, i diddnt take any pics of that, coz theres no point, its just a dumb ass move on my part | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| this is the shiny new Matrix Orbital i purchaced, with 7 key intigraded pad, usb interface, free software including all the winamp interface you need!, and incase your curious, the gold bracket on the side is for a touch screen mount i am working on for a 21cm screen from a truck (i need moe work on the electrics to get 24v from a 12vbattery) but more on that later ant the button undernieth the cigarette lighter socket is of-course the power button for the PC, the inverter is never off, it just goes into standby untill it recieves a current draw or something and it kicks in.... all i know is i dont have to get out of the seat, and thats what matters right?!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| MK II lid, i found some of that plastic they use on outdoor dining hotels....ahem, lying around and used that instead of the MDF with plans to put blue lights in the case, not a bat turnout if i do say so myself, i was quite happy with it for 6 or so months..... untill a show called "Rides" appeared on discovery channel, damn that infernal cable!! anyway that show inspired my second install... for a couple extra pics continue on, if your on dialup i am soooo sorry for no fore warning |
