ok, im an idiot, but i have been half-baking my pea brain on a PC for the Hilux which after 3 months is finaly mine :D |

Before you scold me for a holden steering wheel in there, it has a "red" 253 V8 under the hood, although that steering wheel had got to go because there is no clearance between the levers on the coloumn (wipers and indicators) and the steering wheel |

As for the bad, bad interior the brown is definatly gonna go, and get re-upolstered with some nice black trim on the doors, dash and head-liner. carpet will go, i favour of some black vynil, and the seats will be replaced with some fixed back competition seats with decent lateral support
Exter modifications are not going to be any easier with plans to re-locate the gas tank to the tray, converting to a flat tray top that has been "corner shaved" to improve arrival and departure angles. also even bigger tyres (pictured are 33*12.5*R15) i am hoping to get taller but not wider, around the 36" mark. asside from that the outside will just get a shocker and suspension upgrade followed finaly with a high gloss black paint job. |

the main thing i am buying this for is offroad use, coz i dont think this is much of a chick magnet but rather a repelent....
anyway the plan is to replace the cantre console with a clear acrylic box housing the PC which will be a VIA Epia m10000 or simialr micro-ATX motherboard. the sound system is still to be decided but something like a 10 inch sub between the seats on a 40 degree angle will be complimented with an apropriate amplifier and a set of 6x9 co-axials or mabey some smaller 6.5 splits, depending on what sounds best |
