From Nurse Jones,
Sheesh! You people. Somebody wrote asking me if I keep my head shaved.
Do you think I'm perverted or something? Of course I don't. I started
growing it back IMMEDIATELY. I left for San Francisco (possibly not the
best place to "get your head together) a few weeks after Jay and I had
finished up doing what he did to me. But SF is the ideal pllace to walk
around looking like Sinead O'connor and not be noticed too much. From May
on I've been growing it back. It is still short, but I have a conventional
if somewhat schoolboyish looking style. At last I can wear a cap at
work without looking like I have a medium-sized mammal living in a dixie-
cup on my head. My hair tends to be frizzy when it's long.
I also got steel-rimmed glasses, so I look pretty professional. Except
for the 5 earrings. My hyperbaptist supervisor still doesn't like 'em.
And no, I don't shave my pubic hair any more, either, unfortunately.
Except once. I don't really need to, but that's another story.
Look, all this stuff is in The List 13-14, it's just that I haven't
got the balls, literally and figuratively, to post it yet.
Do you keep your head shaved. Sheesh. In case you don't know it, you
need hair to get a job down here. I look PERFECTLY normal now. That was
an episode, only. Yes, it felt sexy. No, I won't do it again. It was a
mistake in the first place.
Nurse Jones, no longer a shining example of anything.
