A $46,000 trust fund has been established for families of ROBERT FOSSUM, who was killed, and WARD CANFIELD who was critically wounded in a gun fight.
The money has been invested in 90-day U.S. treasury notes and is earning 3.58 per cent interest. In addition, $3,722.711 remains in a checking account at a bank.
As yet, no money contributed to the fund has been given to either family. It will be dispensed as the need arises.
