O'Kasick
Brothers
Examined
Pathological examinations were made today of the bodies of two O'Kasick brothers exhumed Friday from Crystal Lake cemetery.
Results of the examinations will not be made public for several days, according to Dan Billman, Jr., of Enga-Billman, mortuary, where the tests took place.
The bodies of Roger and Ronald O'Kasick were buried again today, Billman said. He said Dr. James L. Jaeck, pathologist associated with the Gunderson clinic at Lutheran hospital, LaCrosse, Wis., carried out the tests.
The bodies were ordered exhumed by the O'Kasick's brother, Richard, He said he wanted to prove they had not been guilty of killing Eugene Lindgren, Anoka, a hostage his brothers had seized.
Richard feels the state's contention that his brothers were killed by shotgun blasts might be disproved by examining their bodies. He feels that if it could be shown they had been killed by .38 caliber bullets, then Lindgrens death might also have, resulted from a .38 fired by someone other than his brothers.
