Dreamcatchers is a group just getting started in Georgetown TX. that is here to foster civic pride community participation and a sense of self-worth through public performances. This helps to raise self-esteem and promote discipline and the need to be part of a positive group. I believe that pre-teen and teen age years is a pivotal time to re-enforce such values and self-esteem especially for girls. I am commited to get this project on it's way for the best of reasons. We are looking for girls who
live in the Georgetown / Hutto area. Dreamcatchers will choreograph all their own dance routines. There will also be guest choreographers introduced to the group as needed to help with dance moves and routines. Teaching them to think up dance routines and putting them together in a team effort will show them that they have a lot to offer the world starting with their own com-munity. It would be helpful if the girls had some dancing or cheerleading in their background however it is not necessary. The music we will be dancing to will be age appropriate and will be gathered from every kind of music, old and new Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, Soul, Religious, Country, Jazz, Classical and much more. The dances the group will be doing will be a little bit of everything out there today. Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet and much more.  Please come and join this group.  I am accepting girls of various ages that will be no older than 13 on December 31, 2002. I reserve the right to reject a girl due to her age. I only need 3 more girls to get this group going. This is a dream I have for my daughter and the girls that are picked to be in this group in Georgetown and Hutto and I refuse to give up on this dream. Do you want to have your daughter be part of this dream?
