What a great day.  Started off with a little walk up Cemetery Road.  Met up with the gang, Graham and Jazz, Rod and his two spaniels, and Gordon with Sid; what a team.  It was like Blue Peter day out; there we were walking and talking, and then we were joined by Guiness and her boss man.  It was all hell let loose.  The dogs were playing together; Suki wasn't keen and turned back for home, but I managed to persuade her to carry on with the walk.  Anyway, we put the world to rights, as usual, including Graham's recent trip to Ireland.  Later I finally completed my hand in project fr Writing Media.  What a job, talk about doing it right, but, I'm happy.  Next off, I need to complete my project on I.T. for writers.  I feel a need to get this one spot on; after all, I've had lots of help from Sheenagh and I feel I owe it to her to make a good job of my final effort.  I'm almost scared to go onto the site proper afterr what Rod said, but I'll check things through before the big day.  THe Post Office system is finally running ok,except it did go off again but only briefly.  And guess what, we had just shut down for the day today, when an engineer from the Japanese company that I can't pronounce came around to fix the system; only 27 hours after a chap had already fixed it!!!   And the Post Office really know what they're doing.  Had a letter from Stella today re- the meeting we had yesterday at the drop in to decide how to approach the vacancy.  Well. I'm not happy, and intend going along to the meeting tomorrow to tell them so.
