Entry for April 2, 2007
Still a very cold wind but dry conditions. Met Rod and his two dogs on our early walk. Apparently he's been ill, that's why we haven't seen him recently. Walked up to the top of the cemetery where we met up with Gordon walking Rufus and Pippa and Graham with Jazz, it wa like Battersea dogs' home day out! There's always plenty to talk about, and by the time we'd reached the bottom of the hill, we'd solved the Irainian crisis, and the Premier Football league, as well as discussing more domestic issues. Had a typical Monday morning in the Post Office; pensions allowances and E-Bay. After lunch I had a go ar my critical review, but there were too many distractions. Must crack that this week, I'll get down to it in style tomaorrow; honest! I intended going for a swim tonight, but by the time I'd typed the minutes of the last committee meeting anf the agenda, it was 8-30, so I watched the second half of Corrie instead. Got a get together with the diving boys at nine to discuss this coming weekend. Hope the water will be warm.
