| Just make sure you include the following information in your email *Name *What meeting/event you can't attend *Reason for not attending *Phone number/extension (incase Allison needs to get back to you) *You MUST send this even if you are using a Pyramid pass...in the "Reason" section, just write "Pyramid pass" though* |
