  Allegation: Connie escorted Donna Marie Swire to the Bucks County Courthouse in October of 1999 to help and assist Donna in forging DNA testing as desperation to get rid of me so altered test results would indicate that I was not the father and to execute another black market adoption. I also allege that Linda C. Fredericks, conference officer, was part of the collusion. (Interesting to point out, Donna has had five children with five different fathers; all of them in foster care except one which was already adopted. The one foster family, who has Donna's third child, a boy named Alex, is living with a police officer and his last name is Fredericks. Any connection? )

  From archive records I uncovered from Schuylkill County, Donna was at Libertae at least once before back in the late 1980s. I allege that Donna, while still living in a rehab in Luzerne County, had arrangements made to be transferred to Libertae to facilitate a private adoption. Again? You see, I found the family that was suppose to get my daughter, they live in Dannville, Pa. I went to their house and they spilled the beans.

  List of specifics: Before I do so, take a look at Connie's star pupil. Pictures of a loving mother of five children? Donna has a long history of violence yet such women are not suppose to be housed at Libertae. To think that Connie was allowing Donna to use Libertae's vehicle. Donna continued using illegal drugs while living at Libertae.

  Donna was released from Libertae in January, 2000. A few weeks later, on 02-23-2000, children and youth seized the child from Donna and shortly thereafter a warrant was issued for her arrest on parole violations and was a fugitive. Shortly after that arrested on new charges, incarcerated in Berks County and then relocated to a State facility. (At first, children and youth were involved as a silent partner to the private adoption. But when I finally seemed to prevail and have the birth certificate amended, children and youth had to rush out of the bushes, take the child and determined to give my daughter to the family in Dannville. Therefore, children and youth became active in the collusion to facilitate a black market adoption.)

  Continuing on Connie's involvement, Connie personally escorted Donna to the courthouse the day DNA testing was to be done. I received an anonymous tip from a woman that testing was going to be forged. (During that time frame I received several tips from four different government/agency personnel at various stages of intrigue.) So, the tip was given credence when compared to the gross violation of protocol and documents generated by the court. In response, I took evasive action. In the weeks to come I will publish all relevant documents that support my allegation.

  Other allegations: Connie helped Donna sanitize hospital records to hide Donna's drug use during the pregnancy. Furthermore, Connie assisted Donna in presenting forged evidence during a court hearing on 06-02-1999. Furthermore, Connie helped Donna issue forged copies of a court order to several government agencies.

  As for the allegations, this might be a catch twenty-two for Connie. Either she is incompetent and has no idea what goes on in her house with "[her] girls" or she has been active being a baby broker. Libertae has a vested monetary interest in pushing fathers away. (By the way, how many half-way houses are there for single fathers?)

  As for Bucks County in general, those involved, they will lie, cheat and steal to get their way then forge documents and sanitize the record to cover their tracks. Behind the carefully manicured facade, cloaked in multiple layers of confidentiality, under the guise of adoption, they are operating a black market for babies.
