         Office workers take mid-afternoon Massage Breaks.
Silicon Valley, the "Venture Capital" Capital of the World
          is located 30 miles, and through another Galaxy,
          over the Santa Cruz Mountains.
When the Techno-Wiz Hyper-Frenzied Digitized-Droids
          want to go "mellow-out" by the Ocean
They come to Santa Cruz:
          Silicon Beach.

U.C.S.C., the University of California at Santa Cruz
          is located on a high bluff, majestically overlooking Monterey Bay.
The campus landscape is one of the most beautiful Eco-Zones
          on the Planet.
Tourists and other first-time visitors, usually think
          that they have taken a wrong turn
          and have mistakingly entered a State Park.
The first several miles of campus are pasture land for grazing cows.
          Then you enter the Redwood Forest... with deer sitting down,
           and wonder outloud, "Where is the University?"
No wonder, students often take 6 or more years to graduate...
          Who would want to leave? and where would you go?

Hawaiian Royalty came to visit Santa Cruz
           during the beginning of the last century
And showed the local Mainlanders how to build surfboards
           and ride the waves.
That was the beginning of Steamer Lane
           and O'Neill's Surf Shop. The rest is History.
Santa Cruz, more recently, has also advanced the skateboard
           to an accepted form of transportation.
Teenagers of all ages, rarely step foot on the ground.
           Wheels and waves, is what Cruzin is all about.
