1 3 lb. can light hopped extract
1 cup dark DME
1.5 oz. Cascade hops
Whitbread yeast
INITIAL GRAVITY: 1.044
ALCOHOL POTENTIAL: 5.5%
TERMINAL GRAVITY: 1.009
ALCOHOL PERCENT: 4.5%
Bring 2-1/2 gallons of water to a boil. Add both extracts and dry malt and 1 ounce of the hops;boil for 55 minutes; add the remaining hops; boil an additional 5 minutes. Prime with wheat DME.
