| * Welcome to upnorth iscool. This site is originated in the heart of the North West. In between Liverpool and Manchester in one of the most historic towns in the North West of England, St. Helens. However the site is about the whole area and still needs local knowledge and information to make it more useful and informative. The Towns section provides information about towns and villages in the North West , however there are many villages and towns missing. Please email me if you can "fill the gaps". The weather page is pretty much self explanitory, automatically updated weather for some of the major towns in the region from Yahoo services.
