This LiteStep based shell is good for theme collectors. This is because of the Theme Manager that is bundled with LSD4P, it allows you to install new themes and have them automatically added to the managre where you can select the theme you want to use.

It is stable but it seems very memory heavy, although I did test it on a Pentium 166 MMX. Try it for yourself...
