A. It would take ~6 weeks for designing the album, and 6/10 weeks to get it printed

Q> How do you take payment for the albums?
A> If not included in a package... One half down before I design it. The rest before I order the album.

Q> What if I do not like the design?
A> Before the album is printed I will show you the design and you must approve it before it gets printed. You get ten redeisgns (corrections) after ten redeisigns there is a $25 for each change after that.

Q> Are there any refunds on albums?
A> No, there is a lot of work/time building an album. Once you approve the album I cannot stop the printing from the lab. Everything will be pre-approved.
