PSTC Grooming Seminar

It was a very successful event with 52 Shih Tzu fanciers, some who came from Lucena City and Ilo-Ilo to attend the seminar, filled the packed board room of the PCCI office. Our guest demonstrator was Ms. Koh-I-Shen an all-breeds judge and professional groomer from Taiwan. Also there to share his grooming secrets was PSTC Vice President, Ardy "Ganda" Chua-Sing of the YAKI SHIH TZU fame.
