| Originally a Russian-based techno group, phiL decided to buck the trend and go their own way with their own form of "phiL-rock." They are now the most suave, talented bunch of boys in their genre. Though people don't widely accept phiL (yet), the day will come when kids are ready, and mature enough to handle it. Until that day, friends, support phiL with all your hearts, and believe in the magic they create, for it is real. Alas, the bio comes to an end.
