3. After collating your concepts of
love, make a synthesis (eidetic reduction)
that can encompass all the preconceptions mentioned.
4. Recollect and describe love based on
how you have experienced it (transcendental
reduction). This recollection is not only limited to any intimate relationships
that you had. When we speak of phenomenology of love we are referring to a
relationship between two persons (I and thou/Thou).
5. Discuss your paper with your group
mates. Make a contrast among your experiences of the phenomenon. Focus on the
similarities and differences of your experiences. Synthesize your answers by
completing the sentences on the worksheet provided.
6. Complete the sentence below by
sharing all your ideas about love. Each member will put a check on the box if
his ideas about love correspond to the sentences. Count the number of checks.
