There are a vast number of opportunities at Phillips Temple Christian Methodist to participate in Ministry, whether you are interested in service, meeting others, learning nw talents or sharing those you already have. Some of the Ministries include:
Adult and Children Sunday School Meets on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m to provide an opportunity for Christian education, spiritual growth and supportive Christian fellowship for all ages.
Children's Ministries Sunday School and children's church worship provide learning opportunities for children age 2 and up. Children 's activities include children's choirs, youth-in-action, girls club, boys club, and Vacation Bible School.
Missions Seeks to identify and care for the needs of the congregation in a Christian context. Opportunities include sending cartds or flowers to sick and bereaved members, hospital and nursing home visitation. Around the world, we support efforts to respond with disaster relief.
Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous Meets weekly/monthly for the needs of indivuals problems or concerns
Senior's Ministry Seniors in their 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s can meet others and share with issues concerning senior citizenship.
Music and Worship The regular worship service are supported by many who participate in communion, preparing the altar for sacrament and ushering. Music is another important part of our worship service, supported by the Youth Choir, Sanctuary Choir, Senior Choir, Mass Choir, Tucker's Chorus and Male Chorus
