Phillip Andrew Lynes

Hobbies

Phillip Andrew Lynes involves himself many activities that may be classed as hobbies.
Here are a few examples:

'Arctic River Swimming' is similar to any form of swimming with the added thrill of sub-arctic temperatures. The temperature in the local river venue, Seiont, has temperatures that can kill an inexperienced swimmer but Phillip's thick hide protects him from any serious injury.

'Main Road Football' is similar to the football played in the Premier League but with a few slight differences. One difference is that it takes place on the main road and uses a bottle or can as a ball. The object of the game is to kick the 'ball' past the opposing player. The game ends with the arrival of the authorities.

'Bicycle Racing Strangers' is the competition between Phillip and a stranger mounted upon o bicycle. Phillip may choose any form of bicycle and he must attempt to beat the opponent to a marker defined by him. Reputedly, Phillip Lynes beat Lance Armstrong (2000 Tour De France) winner on the grueling Spar-Glyntwrog run.

'Challenge Phill' is very similar to the popular TV challenge show called 'Challenge Anica, where a woman named Anica Rice would be challenged, by others, to do tasks with relatively little funding. 'Challenge Phill' involves Phill challenging others to beat him at a chosen event (chosen by him of course). Such major 'Challenges' have been: "Beat you to that lamp post", "Beat that car to the dark concrete" and "Beat you to touch X's head" (X being someone's name). There is also a variant of this game where he is 'Challenged' by others to do ridiculous tasks. One of his most infamous tasks was to eat Cat Food which he successfully completed.
