Steam Room

I save my tears for the steam room

Its where I unstiffen my upper lip

I can really let go bro, you know

Let them emotions drip

No one can see or hear me

I dont make hardly any noise

Fuck that

I gotta maintain my image bro

You know -

Be like

One of the boys
Ok I don't save my tears for the steam room, and if I did I would'nt tell you.        Which is exactly what this poem is about. The way we British men are conditioned to keep a stiff upper lip no matter what. Yet in some other cultures men are not viewed as being wussies if they show thier emotions. Don't get me wrong I don't mean we should go balling n cryin our eyes out down at the local shopping Mall but on the other hand I know guys that won't even let thier close relations see them cry.
Which is pretty sad.
