New Years Eve
There are two fire work displays in Sydney on New Years Eve.  A family show at 9pm and the real thing at midnight.  We watched the 9pm display in Darling Harbour, it was awesome...
After the first display we walked to an area called The Rocks.  Located in between the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, Marina assured us it would be a great view.

Unfortunately, it took us past the pancake restaurant.  They forced us inside for strawberry dacaries & strawberry pancakes!

(Phill invested in the flashing horns for the girls.  The logic being that, with one million people lining the harbour to watch the display, it would stop him losing the pair of them.  The rather fetching club also flashed, so they knew where he was too.  It worked a treat!)
And then, at midnight.........Oh my god!
WOW!  How on earth do we top that next year? Guess we'll just have to come back!!!
