Philip J. Klauder
Mr. Klauder has over 12 years experience in business and financial consulting, public accounting and private industry. He was most recently employed with Ernst & Young LLP as a manager in their Mergers & Acquisitions group where he performed due diligence and acquisition advisory services. Previously, Mr. Klauder worked four years with two start-up public companies in the roles of Financial Controller and Director of Financial Reporting, and six years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP and a regional Philadelphia based accounting firm. Mr. Klauder is a CPA. He received a B.S. in accounting from LaSalle University, and a M.B.A. in finance and strategic planning from the Joseph M. Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
Brian E. Good
Mr. Good has over 13 years of combined public and industry consulting, finance and accounting experience. Mr. Good has spent the past five years as the corporate controller of both a venture-capitalist based turnaround entity in the global chemical industry as well as an S&P 500 pharmaceutical and consumer products outsourcer based in the Philadelphia region. Previously, Mr. Good worked eight years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and a local Philadelphia based accounting firm. Mr. Good has also spent the past ten years providing finance, accounting, tax, and system consultation services to small businesses and individuals. He is a CPA with a B.S. in accounting & economics from Eastern College in St. Davids, PA.
