INFORMATIONS  Pourquoi les ONGDH en veulent à M. Pierre T. bénéficiaire du statut de réfugié en France. Suspicion ou preuve !    Un réfugié rwandais suspecté d'avoir trempé dans le génocide dans son pays vient de se voir accordé le statut d'asile en France. Monsieur Pierre T. fait désormais la une des médias et le sujet de controverse des ONG des droits de l'homme qui jugent cette mesure du HCR inopportune. L'agence de protection des réfugiés OFPRA en France devra intervenir pour que ce réfugié le reste ou soit dépouillé de son statut. Entre temps la réalité des choses se démontre : la notion de présomption d'innocence n'est pas respectée, même par les dits ONG de droits de l'homme. Si M. Pierre T est pointé du doigt par le gouvernement de Kigali, c'est certainement pour cela qu'il a demandé l'asile. Et il s'est expliqué avant de convaincre les autorités du HCR qui ont compris ces motifs. S'il est donc par dessus suspecté, cela ne peut pas empêcher la procédure du HCR de détermination de statut de réfugiés et du Gouvernement français d'accorder l'asile à qui le mérite! Il est donc innocent malgré ces suspicion. Plutôt de dénoncer cette action juridique qui vient d'aboutir, il faut que le Procureur du Tribunal Pénal International pour le Rwanda établisse un objet d'objet d'inculpation et un mandat d'arrêt international pour que M. Pierre T. voit son statut de réfugié suspendu. S'il prouve son innocence, il redeviendra ce qu'il est à ce jour, réfugié bénéficiaire de l'asile en France. Le monde des ONG et des médias devrait ainsi peser ses termes et ses dénonciations, quand il s'agit d'une affaire de suspicion. Sinon, il tombe dans le ravin de l'extrémisme et de la partisanerie.
