Continental Railway Circle - publish an excellent quarterly magazine the "Continental Railway Journal" with news from around the world including the Philippines.

Industrial Railway Society - publish a bi-monthly bulletin and the "Industrial Railway Record" quarterly which occasionally include items on the Philippines.
