PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS C.D.POSSIBLE:

1) The Lord Jesus Christ who gave me the talent to play for you.

2) The "Brothers Cantu" in Saltillo, Mexico who, in January of 2003, on my fifth
visit to see them inspired me to record for you.

3) Brother Mark Powell for suggesting the living room in the house for recording:
    How right you were!!

4) Brother Eric Kraus and family for verbal support and coaxing, technical support,
and most of all, spiritual support.

5) My neighbor, Daniel Smith, who, despite physical pain, computer crashes,
and Laser Mouse problems (they don't like coca-cola) stuck it out until
he had helped me remaster the entire project, completely redesigning
the covers and labels to a truly professional finished product, somehow even
using a photograph I took of a sunrise over a lake on I-65 above Indianapolis
for the covers.. you have a future in that kind of work if you wanted to go in
that direction. You are a real trooper. COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT
YOU. God bless you and your patient family.

6) My Dad, for changing his path when he was only a boy and breaking the chain
or I would probably be a hit-man right now with no guitar, no God, and no future.

Equipment used in this recording:

1) Fender "DG14 S/12-TF" 12 string acoustic/electric guitar. Customized by Darren
Perry, Master guitar builder, Tullahoma, Tennessee. Fitted with Fishman "Prefix"
preamplifying saddle microphone pick-up, bridge pick-up, and saddle mounted
controls with effects for (and balance for) both pick-ups. He also customized my
pickguards to protect the wood that used to fly when I play "Los Montanas." (My
    standing ovation song.)

2) Giannini "AWN60" Handmade Spanish classical guitar. From Sao Paulo, Brazil.
It is a numbered edition, the first of 373 made. Only used in the #1) track...
"Lift a Helping Hand." I had to buy it after my first time playing it.

3) Crate "CA30" stereo chorus amplifier with reverb. Both the 12 string guitar and
the microphone were run through the amp in line to Fostex 4-track recorder.
there is noticeable amp-hum on songs where stereo chorus was used.

4) Fostex "X-14" "Multitracker" 4 track recorder. Cheap, but very good. Will use
Digital for next project. sound will be much more clear.

5) Shure"SM57"  unidirectional vocal microphone. Best value for the money.

6) "Toca" and "Eggz" shakers, and a cheap borrowed tambourine. HA!
