Group discussion and exercise:
- In small groups (no more than four) decide on an explanation for the foreign involvement in Kazakhstan.
- Can it be legitimately categorized as "Imperialist?"
- Outline a strategy for dealing with the situation, either encouraging foreign participation or discouraging it.
- Points will be given for presentations at the end of class.
