Gather in groups of three to four people. For 15 minutes, discuss the following question: How do free and competitive markets work to ensure efficient use of resources, efficient levels of production, and efficient distribution.
Work alone for the next ten minutes; write your own explanation of how free markets encourage economic efficiency.

Case Study, Chapter 2 is due Monday, together with a short proposal for your own case study.
