This will be Coach Harris' 4th season as the Head Boys' Track Coach. Last year (2007), the boys' team finished in 5th place at the state meet. The 4x100 (Gould, Hunter, Stewart, & Gould) won a state championship as did Aaron Gould In the Long Jump. Mrs. Harris was voted the Big 10 Boys' Coach of the Year in 2007. Coach Harris has also served as the assistant volleyball coach at PBHS for the past four seasons, the team that won the AA State Championship in 2005. Mrs. Harris teaches Math and Social Studies at Belington Middle School. She is married to Mark Harris, who will be completing his master's degree in the physician assistant's program at Alderson Broaddus. They have no children but spoil their cat, Rascal and their black lab, Diesel.
