Phillip Taylor Cook, Jr.

aka Junior Cook

Phil Cook, Jr. was born the first child of Phillip Taylor Cook, Sr. and Lucy Evelyn Cook in 1922 at the homestead established by his father. He grew up during the depression, though he may not have realized the historical perspective at the time. I've heard more people refer to it as the dust bowl than the depression.
