Gary Choot graduated in 1980 with a Master's Degree in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After graduation, Gary practised as a consulting engineer and was involved in a number of major infrastructure projects in the United States, Korea, and Hong Kong. In 1989, Gary returned from overseas to join his family business. Since returning home, Gary has personally involved in starting up some 10 companies in a variety of businesses including IT Systems Integration, CAD/CAM consultation, Skills Development Training, PCB Rework, Precision Components Manufacturing, Construction, Farming, and Tea & Coffee. Background of Cheam Tow Yong. Qualification: Bachelor Of Commerce,University Of Otago ,New Zealand. Chartered Accountant. Experience : 14 years in industry in various positions as accountant,accounting manager,and financial controller. 5 years as managing director of French electronic company, 3.5 years as chief executive officer of local listed company. Have invested and involved in start up companies involving in electronic sub-contractor business, trading business,and barter exchange business. |
