This year, Perry Hall Rec. Council has seen the void of any girls fast pitch softball program in the Eastern Baltimore County area. They have stepped forward and are sponsoring a 14U girls fast pitch softball team comprised of selected girls from Eastern Baltimore County and lower Harford County. The ultimate goal for the team will be to compete for the national championship. The team will play spring games in a CYO league in the Baltimore area before beginning play in state and regional tournaments on the east coast.
Needless to say, the cost of fielding a team at this level is very expensive. We need to raise $3,000 to $5,000 to compete at the same level as similar teams across the nation. We are asking for donations from local businesses to support the girls in their dream. All donations are tax deductible.
Contributing to our cause will not only give real possibility to the girls opportunity, but also display corporate support of the Eastern Baltimore County community. We will have a 4' x 6' banner made with the team name, Perry Hall Panthers, team logo, and all the companies that have contributed. The banner will be displayed at all tournament games during play.
