Join Essex Wildlife Trust and Phoenix Striders for the event of the year
Climb over 3000 feet without crossing a road or leaving Essex!
Seven laps of approx 5K. Total distance approx 35K.
Entries can be individual or team.
Prizes for 1st Male / Female
1st Vet Male / Female
1st Team comprising of seven runners minimum three females.
(�ad hoc� teams welcome to enter but will not be eligible for prize)
Awards for all entrants.
Entry Fee �12 individual, �14 team.
Entrants must be 16 and over (under 18�s require parent / guardian signature)
