This is Phoenix, Cyclone, and Thrasher's story line. I thought I would bang it out cause I didn't write a Fan Fic explaining the situaton of MegaKat City, plus, it might help explain the new site name and Phe's (and Cyclone's) new look (And name changes, and aditions).

Tab...tab...GOIt was only two years after Mayor Manx had resigned from his political duties in MegaKat city. His time as mayor had greatly improved the city. MegaKat had become a bustiling metropolis for busness and living. So much so, a second district was added, New MegaKat.
Tab...tab...GONow, a new mayor had been elected, Mayor Victoria Scarlet. Mayor Scarlet promesed MegaKat the moon, but instead, the city became filled with crime and poverty. The SWAT Kats, having had a nice, long, four year vacation, hardly returned on scene. They did what they could, but crime like this was not in there line of work, and now outside of their physical abilities. Tab...tab...GOThe poor citizens where forced underground, shortly followed by the good, moral citizens when crime became rampit in the city. The underground was a sweage system, modified by the former construction workers of the city. The underground now became a city of it's own.
Tab...tab...GOThe Enforcers now sought after the run-away citizens like bandits. Whoever emerged from the underground and was caught without papers was taken away and never seen again.
Tab...tab...GOMany of the SWAT Kat's former adversaries arose again, includeing time portals of the Past Master. Now, there where "freaks" running around in MegaKat city who had been captured by the portals.
Tab...tab...GONowadays, guns are a very expencive luxury, and swords where fashoned by spair parts. MegaKat city was slowly going back in time the older and more worn it became.
