It was the next day, and the same girl was on a county backroad looking into the engine of her jeep. She hummed the song she last heard on her radio before the engine gave out. A tow-truck pulled up infront of her jeep. The girl turned around as the driver steped out of the cabin. "I didn't call a tow-truck," the girl said in a flat tone of voice. "No, but we saw your jeep broken down, and we can help," the old kat said. The girl sighed, "All I need is a new belt to get going. I really need to get...home." The other kat steeped out of the cabin of the tow-truck. He walked over to the jeep and peered in, "You know, she's right Chance, she needs a new belt." The girl looked up, "Um, hey, if you can take my jeep to your shop, I could take my motorcycle home, and you could place an order for a belt, please? Of course I'll pay for everything." The one called Chance and the other, Jake, looked at eachother, "She really knows her stuff Jake, why don't we?" The one he addressed shrugged and said ok. "Thanks, oh, whats the name of your garadge?" the girl asked. "MegaKat City Scrap Yard," the bigger one, Chance replyed. Jake pulled out a notepad and pencel, "Whats your name and phone?"
"Ahisha Blackclaw,"the girl said then gave him her cell phone number. Alisha walked to the back of her jeep. There was a trailor there with her motorcycle in it. She kicked the latch disconnecting the tralor and jeep. "Could you call me when the part gets in?" Alisha asked. "Yeah, sure. You just get going, we'll be fine," Jake said. Alisha nodded and tossed him her key. She mounted her motorcycle, started it up, and drove off.
As Jake and Chance where working, the where talking, as all friends and partners do. "Chance watch it, you arn't as young as you used to be," Jake said as Chance was trying to push Alisha's jeep closer to the bed of their truck. "Yeah, buddy, you're right," Chance admitted cracking his back. "That girl knew her stuff, maybe we could higher her if she doesn't have a job already," Jake suggested. "No! That means we would be putting the old SWAT Kat's secret at risk," Chance objected. "Yeah, you're right. But we might need help with that later on too, just keep an open mind," Jake said running his hand though his head of grey fur.
