Mandalay is a growing city of tremendous need. As news of our school has reached the ears of the community, parents throughout the city have come to us asking that we admit their children.  Our student population has grown far greater than expected, almost doubling every two years. To accomodate this need, we have hired many new teachers who work at very low wages because they believe in our mission.

However, the numbers of students have grown beyond the capacity of our facility. Classrooms are buldging with eager, young minds ready to learn. Without fans or air-conditioning, without enough books and basic supplies, our teachers diligently strive to provide the best possible education to the children in need of Mandalay.
