My Blood Family
No!  I'm not an American citizen! I am a permanent resident of the United States....AKA.....Alien.  That's the name they give me and others born in a different country.  Yes, I would like to become an American citizen, but I don't have $300 spare change in my pocket to do so.  As soon as I do, I'll let you know.

Yes, I do have duel citizenship. I am a citizen of Peru, my birth country, and I am a citizen of England, my mothers birth country.

How did that combination happen!?!  Well, my dad's a pretty smart guy (when it comes to books that is).   He got a scholarship to go to a college in England.  That's how my parents met.  First came love, then came marraige, then came the babies in the baby carraiges!  You know the science!

We finally recieved or permanent visa in 1994! My father worked for a big company named Cargil.  He got a job transfer to move to the US, and we've been here ever since.  This was now our way of life and we did not want to leave.  For years we had only a temporary visa, until time ran out.  We had to either get our permanent visa or leave the country.  The government would not allow us to get more than two 3 year temporary visas.  So, it was pretty scarry because I did not want to be forced to go back to either England or Peru when I was raised here.  BUT....God answered our prayers and granted us our permanent visa after all......"Thanks you, Lord!  I will always be appreciative."
