Responsible for a 10+ fold increase in value of the company, $22 million to $225 million, in 2 years by:

·        Working, one on one, with the owners to develop a business strategy which was implemented and executed successfully resulting in a significant personal wealth addition to all    the managing partners

<·        Developing  a 5,000 PUD inventory with booked reserves approaching  1 Tcfe

<·        Developing an extensive inventory of exploration projects > 1 Tcfe

<·        Providing the engineering and geologic analysis for 5 corporate acquisitions resulting in 2 completed purchases in the $15 to $20 million range

<·        Monitoring production, demonstrating the remedial oil wells resulting in a 2 fold increase in oil production, a $1.8 million increase annually in cash flow

<·        Developing a mapped based inventory of all company fields across 3 states

<·        Developing the justification of drilling locations based on a 50,000 well per state  EUR database  through my algorithm applied to non-proprietary  data

<·        Generating locations for 5 forty well drilling programs which resulted in an average per well EUR of 260 MMcf with RORs in the 40+% range and success rates from 95 to 98%.

<·        Making board room presentations on a routine basis to facilitate in the education of investors on the geologic concepts and risk/rewards of each play

<·        Bringing into the company between $10 to $20 million plus management fees and rides due to good salesmanship

<·        Providing technical expertise and round-the-clock support in the disciplines of reservoir reserve analysis, seismic geophysics and geology

<·        Featured as an integral part of the company’s management team in each program prospectus
