| As I come up with more pics of my old Pinto, I decided I'd make a page specific to the old Warhorse. This car REFUSED to die (or was it I just wouldn't let it?). It was rolled once, flipped end over end (3 times) once, and then got seriously bashed as a quasi-off road machine. I will own another Pinto someday. And, lest anyone doubt the off road aspects of the old beast, well, click on the pic to the right and you will see the Pinto in the Albuquerque, New Mexico foothills. These roads are *NOT* meant for MERE cars... But nothing a PINTO couldn't handle... Those trails might LOOK smooth, but my BUTT says otherwise... As would any passengers I ever had in the car... Dirt bikes can sure tear up a decent trail. Of course, my minivan could tackle those trails... With ease... |
