no more free lunch is a punk band who has been through a lot. after 3 years of member changes and the such they finally settled down and recorded a cd. "our first cd, the fat & the hideous, is an awful thing," quotes guitarist/vocalist brian wilson, "it was pretty much thrown together, especially the vocals, those suck bad. good recording quality though, at least we have that going for us." the band is on a break right now after their 3 song self-titled cd, but be looking for new material within the next year.
