My name is Pete Sisil. I started reading blue prints when I as 14 years old, working with my Fathers Construction company, Learning the basic of Construction. Went on to college and got a Degree in Associate in Applied Science in Architectural Drafting. I have a gift to read blue print that must people do not have.

I have been a freelance Estimator for last 10 years, working out of my house doing Quality Estimates. (Division 4, 7, & 9) Painting, Drywall, Metal Stud,Insulation, Masonry, Flooring, Acoustic ceiling, Roofing, EIFS & Stucco.

Type of the job that I have estimated is: Maintenance Facility, Home depot stores, Wal-mart, City hall's, Fire station, Education; college, high school, middle school, counseling center, Medical center, Churches, Hotels, Apartments
